Hot Water Smart Grid

The exchange of heat between a large number of industrial process equipment faces difficulties due to the large scale of different temperatures.   

Cenerpro invented and developed a solution based on a multiple piping system with different temperature levels. It was applied for the first time in Alpro in 2011. The Hot Water Smart Grid was born and was the basis for further applications in the Alpro plant such as cogeneration and electrical grid balancing.

Cenerpro has engineered and implemented similar water grids in more than 10 industrial plants over the last decade.
